Throughout the entirety of our four-day stay, the water from the taps and in the shower stunk like sulfur, and we were unable to get water that was any warmer than lukewarm. Oh yeah, and they used it to power the casino - they didn't give the rooms an iota of electricity, but we got to enjoy the loud noise.
Thank goodness we were there in March and not the peak of summer or we would have been in misery when we went to bed! But hey, no worries, they had a generator running that was so loud we could hear it loud and clear up on the fourth floor. We went to the room to prepare for a nice dinner, and we had no power, and it was already evening, so we all drained our phones to nothing attempting to get dressed and ready to head out in the pitch blackness. What was a big deal, however, was that the hotel lost power for about 10 hours during one of the days we were there. The parking garage is pretty hard to find, but that's not such a big deal.
The prices are pretty reasonable, and the rooms are clean. As everyone points out, the location of this hotel is great, and that was a lot of the reason we chose it.
